To educate oneself one needs to develop a flair to learn. The school gives freedom to teachers to use project methods, innovative and creative methods to reach out to children. Hence teachers continuously strive to update their knowledge by using the library extensively. The school organises in-service training programme for the staff to help them to know what is happening in and around the state and the world at large.
